Your hands already know where the notes are, roughly, and now it's about getting them to actually work together instead of one at a time. I pick pieces that are short and recognizable, the kind where you know the tune after the first few bars, because that recognition is what keeps you practicing on the days you don't feel like it. Timing and coordination are still the real work here, just with both hands in it now.
